Cavendish Road Clinic is a fully privately billing GP practice in Coorparoo. We are focused on personalised, high-quality, inclusive healthcare. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for both a full-time receptionist and also a casual receptionist to join our front desk team.

This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where patient experience genuinely matters. We value professionalism, warmth, initiative and people who take pride in doing things properly.

Experience with Best Practice and HotDoc is highly regarded.

About the role

You will be involved in:

Greeting and assisting patients

Managing appointments and recalls

Processing billing and Medicare claims

Supporting doctors, nurses and management

Maintaining a calm, organised and welcoming front desk environment

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Is professional, reliable and compassionate

Thrives in a busy environment

Has strong communication and organisational skills

Works well as part of a team

Has previous medical reception experience (preferred)

Is confident learning new systems and workflows

Likes to have a bit of fun at work, and outside of work too!
