We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as we embark on an exciting new chapter with our newly acquired restaurant in the Terry Hills area. As we rebuild and shape our front-of-house team from the ground up, we are looking for an experienced and grounded hospitality professional to step into a key leadership role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As FOH manager / Assistant restaurant Manager, you will play an integral part in establishing the tone, culture and standards of our dining experience. This is a hands on leadership position suited to someone who leads by example, communicates with confidence, and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

— A minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity within an à la carte restaurant environment

— A mature, professional mindset with the ability to remain composed and solutions-focused in a dynamic setting

— Someone who is locally based or has reliable, consistent transport to the Terry Hills area

— Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens only — please note that we are not in a position to offer visa sponsorship
