About the Role

Provide person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support within a holistic, individualized service model

Work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to build shared understanding and meaningful outcomes

Develop and implement strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern

Manage a diverse caseload, including complex presentations, with the support of a collaborative team

Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach, working alongside allied health professionals and external stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop behaviour support plans

Design and implement evidence-based interventions, including restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines

Apply a range of tools and strategies to meet individual needs

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans

Build relationships with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Who We’re Looking For

A compassionate and skilled practitioner with a passion for person-centred support

Experience working with complex behaviours and diverse needs

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to ongoing learning and development

Current NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) registration (or eligibility to obtain)
