Procurement Executive (Fresher)

Region: Riyadh

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and motivated fresher Procurement Executive to join our head office team. The selected candidate will handle multiple responsibilities including system encoding, document controlling, and supporting day-to-day procurement activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn, have good communication skills, and possess strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel and Odoo software.

Key Responsibilities: Perform system encoding and data entry tasks accurately.

Maintain and organize company documents and records.

Assist in day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.

Prepare purchase-related documents and reports.

Monitor and update procurement records in the system.

Support the procurement team in administrative tasks.

Ensure proper filing and document control procedures.

Requirements: Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Basic working knowledge of Odoo software is preferred.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
