Interior, Exterior Designer

Region: Khobar (Eastern Province (Al Khobar))

TMS Group is looking for a creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Interior / Exterior Designer to join our growing team in Al Khobar, KSA. The ideal candidate must have strong architectural and drafting knowledge with hands-on experience in design software, project coordination, and site execution support.

Candidates with Gulf experience and strong presentation abilities will be highly preferred.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related architectural field

Minimum 3 years Gulf experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman / Designer

Strong knowledge of: AutoCAD

3Ds Max

Sketch Up

Revit

Lumion

Photoshop

Illustrator

MS Office

Ability to prepare professional:

2D and 3D drawings

Shop drawings

Elevations

Concept designs

Rendering presentations

Knowledge of interior fit-out and exterior façade detailing

Understanding of Saudi/Gulf construction standards and materials

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Job Responsibilities: Prepare architectural, interior, and exterior design concepts

Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts

Create 3D visualizations and realistic renderings for client presentations

Prepare shop drawings, BOQ support, and material specifications

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation accuracy

Modify drawings and concepts based on project requirements

Support branding, space planning, and commercial layout development

Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and municipality regulations

Assist management in project planning and execution timelines

Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions

Preferred Skills

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in commercial, retail, restaurant, or residential projects

Ability to handle both office-based drafting and site coordination

Strong problem-solving and project management abilities

Physical Interview is Mandatory
