Job Summary

Ansar International Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and competent Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of construction experience. The candidate shall possess strong knowledge of local and international construction standards and shall be capable of independently handling civil and structural activities at project sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute civil and structural construction activities in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Monitor and control excavation, backfilling, concrete works, structural erection, and finishing activities.

Ensure compliance with local and international standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams for quality assurance and documentation.

Review and prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), material quantities, and work progress reports.

Supervise formwork installation, reinforcement fixing, and concrete pouring activities.

Coordinate with survey teams for layout, leveling, alignment, and as-built verification.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.

Ensure proper manpower utilization, productivity, and timely completion of assigned activities.

Identify site issues and provide technical solutions during project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of construction experience in civil and structural works.

Sound knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, RC, SEC, or other international standards is preferred.

Strong experience in:

Civil works

Concrete works

Excavation and backfilling

Structural steel erection

Quality inspection

BBS preparation

Formwork activities

Site coordination and surveying

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and engineering-related software is preferred.
