We are seeking a dedicated Marketing/Medical Liaison Officer to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Advicon Imaging.

Position: Full-time/Part-time

Locations: Several Locations

Job description and skill set:

Familiarity with radiology, general /specialist practice settings

Previous experience in healthcare marketing (particularly radiology sector), medical sales or medical clinic coordination

Demonstrated motivation and ability to achieve results within a set time frame

A dedication to the delivery of exemplary customer service

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and satisfactory relationships

Proven ability to effectively communicate with a variety of behavioral types

The drive and tenacity to operate in a demanding and highly competitive market

Superior skills in planning, organization, implementation and measurement

An ability to understand and disseminate technical information

Proven team player and ability to positively influence team members

Experience producing marketing and educational material

Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal, written, negotiation and persuasion skills

Self-starter who can work independently and manage a calendar

NSW Driver’s license and own vehicle

Your responsibilities:

Represent the growing business to the local GPs, specialists and allied health providers

Facilitation of productive and lasting relationships with referrers and other key stakeholders

Coordinate referral outreach, practice visits and educational events

Overseeing and creation of marketing and educational material

Foster strong relationships with referring clinicians

Analyse referral engagement patterns and create feedback and suggestions for reporting

Collaborate with managers and admin team to assist in business growth

Effective and consistent communication between internal and external customers.
