About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Financial Controller to join a large privately owned property group with a significant Adelaide footprint. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee financial operations across multiple divisions while helping drive process improvement, reporting accuracy and commercial performance.

Duties

Lead financial operations across multiple entities

Deliver monthly management reporting and KPIs

Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow

Oversee EOM, EOFY and general ledger processes

Improve systems, controls and financial processes

Partner with executives across the business

Mentor and lead a high performing finance team

Prepare project feasibility and financial analysis

Skills and Experience

Experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager

CA or CPA qualification preferred

Strong commercial and analytical mindset

Property or development industry exposure

Advanced accounting systems knowledge
