Drill Fitter to FIFO Pilbara

Belayr Resources is a growing maintenance company delivering high-quality mechanical support across Western Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our maintenance teams across the Pilbara.

The Role

You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of drill equipment on site, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This role suits a hands-on Drill Fitter who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working in a site-based FIFO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on drill equipment

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site safety standards and procedures

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and housekeeping

Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams

About You

Proven experience as a Drill Fitter

Strong working knowledge of Sandvik, Epiroc and CAT drill equipment

Previous experience working in mining environments

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Safety-focused with a strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
