AUD 180000 to 200000 per annum

With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for project delivery, our client is seeking an experienced Early Works Foreman to lead the critical groundworks phase of a landmark development in Castle Hill.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being involved from day one, this role offers the chance to take ownership of early site operations and set the project up for success.

The Role:

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all early works activities including:

Excavation and bulk earthworks

Piling and shoring works

Service relocations and civil infrastructure

Traffic management and site logistics

Coordination of subcontractors and plant operators

Site safety, quality and program management

Liaising with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders

About YouTo be successful, you will have:

Proven experience as an Early Works Foreman on high rise residential or mixed-use developments

Strong knowledge of excavation, piling, shoring and civil works

Excellent subcontractor management skills

A proactive leadership style with a strong focus on safety

Ability to drive program outcomes and maintain site productivity

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
