Casual Brand Ambassador to Good Food and Wine Festival 2026 (3-Day Event)

Adecco is proud to be the appointed staffing partner for the Good Food and Wine Festival 2026. As a global leader in workforce solutions, we connect talented people with exciting opportunities across events, hospitality, and customer experience. We are currently seeking energetic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent exhibitors and showcase their products throughout the festival.

Responsibilities

This is a casual event-based opportunity across the three-day Good Food and Wine Festival, with typical working hours of 9:30am to 6:00pm each day.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will work directly with exhibitors to promote food, wine, and beverage products, engage with event attendees, provide product information and samples, and drive customer interest and sales. This role is perfect for confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for food, wine, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Represent exhibitor brands in a professional and engaging manner.

Interact with event attendees and actively promote products and brand messaging.

Provide product information and educate customers on features, benefits, and unique selling points.

Distribute food and beverage samples in accordance with event and RSA requirements.

Encourage customer engagement and drive product sales.

Process transactions where required and support exhibitors with sales activities.

Maintain product displays and presentation standards throughout the event.

Build positive relationships with customers and create memorable brand experiences.

Assist with stand setup, stock management, and pack-down activities.

Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible service requirements.

Your Profile

Previous experience in brand ambassador, promotional, retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence approaching and engaging with large volumes of people.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Passion for food, wine, and consumer products.

Availability to work all three event days from approximately 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

Previous experience promoting food, wine, beverage, or FMCG brands.

Demonstrated success in sales or product sampling roles.

Knowledge of food and wine products and industry trends.

Experience working at festivals, exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale events.

Casual Event-Based Assignment

Duration: 3-Day Good Food and Wine Festival 2026

Typical hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm daily

Weekend availability required to 19th, 20th, 21st June to must be availabe all days
