Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, reports, and compliance requirements. The candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting standards, VAT, financial reporting, and ERP/accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure proper recording in the accounting system.

Prepare and review journal entries, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and general ledger entries.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow, outstanding balances, and payment schedules.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Support the preparation of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.

Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA requirements, and related financial regulations.

Prepare VAT returns and coordinate with external tax advisors when required.

Assist in payroll review, employee settlements, and related accounting entries.

Maintain accurate documentation for invoices, contracts, payments, and financial records.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide required supporting documents.

Review expenses and ensure proper cost allocation.

Support management with financial analysis, reports, and recommendations.

Ensure all accounting activities follow company policies and internal controls.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, VAT, and general ledger accounting.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar.

Good knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.

Strong Excel skills. Ability to prepare accurate reports and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Arabic and English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC market.

Professional certification such as SOCPA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA is an advantage.

Experience in contracting, trading, manufacturing, or service companies is preferred.
