Bright Minds Academy is seeking a new Lead Educator for our beautiful purpose-built facility!

Essential Criteria:

Must hold a current qualification – Diploma qualifications or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent)

Knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Experience in a Leadership position is beneficial

Required:

A good sense of humour and a love for this industry which is more than just your standard "job" is a must.

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and Child Safety Certificates (ACECQA approved)

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth

Australian work rights are required
