Experienced Dental Receptionist

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy and well-established specialist dental practice in Brisbane.

We are seeking a professional, organised and personable individual who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential. This position would suit an experienced dental, medical or specialist reception professional looking for a stable long-term role within a supportive and highly professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient appointment scheduling and management

Telephone and email enquiries

Treatment coordination and patient communication

Accounts and administrative duties

Management of patient records and correspondence

Providing an exceptional patient experience

Previous experience in dental reception is highly regarded but not required. Applications from experienced medical, specialist, allied health or professional services receptionists are encouraged.
