About the Role

Key Responsibilities

HR administration, including staff onboarding paperwork, policy upkeep, and maintaining employee records

Liaise confidently with clients, farm staff, external service providers, and suppliers

Assist with preparation of contracts, foal registrations, and other breeding season documentation

Monitor office supplies and support smooth day-to-day office operations

About you

Proven experience in administration and/or bookkeeping roles

An understanding of payroll processing and basic HR procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based programs

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management

Friendly, professional communication style and the ability to work with a wide range of people

Able to work independently and take initiative while supporting a busy team

Experience with equine operations or stud software (e.g. Ardex) is advantageous but not required

What We Offer

Flexible part-time hours able to be structured around your needs (4 to 5 days per week onsite)

Long-term opportunity to grow with a respected family-run business

A supportive, welcoming team environment

Variety and purpose in your day-to-day work
