Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: The Maintenance technician is a dynamic role that preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. The Maintenance technician will have to efficiently manage and maintain all the restaurants, Central Kitchen, Warehouses and office facilities, owned, leased and/or operated by the company.

Key Responsibilities: Attend breakdowns, identify fault and solve problems with minimal downtime to operations.

Perform basic maintenance of Kitchen equipment, Appliances and AC units installed in the branches.

Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)

Perform maintenance of plumbing systems (Installing water supply connections, drains lines and faucets. replacing water filters etc.)

Perform basic carpentry works (Cabinet repairs, door locks, hinges, etc.)

Performing Periodic Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of critical equipment (HVAC Systems, Kitchen Equipment, Electricals, Fire Protection, Filter Systems, etc.)

Install fixtures, outlets, terminal boards, switches, and wall boxes, using hand tools.

Ensure all works performed by outsource contractors are in accordance with brand and company’s standards.

Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of equipment and other appliances.

Maintain a record of maintenance expenses and submit weekly report to Supervisor.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Diploma or equivalent qualification. Basic understanding of electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing systems.

Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Can communicate in English. Arabic will be an added advantage. Available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and after-office hours. Must have a Transferable Iqama and valid Driving license.
