About the Company

About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor to manage projects on the Southside of Brisbane. Responsibilities include:
Managing new homes across Brisbane South suburbs
Liaising with clients, trades and suppliers
Scheduling jobs and calling up trades
Ensuring quality and safety standards are being met
Updating construction schedules and CRM
Skills and Experience
4 years supervising experience of residential housing projects
QLD Supervisors licence and trade qualification
Exceptional communication
High level of professionalism and presentation
Strong organisation and time management skills
An ability to work on electronic platforms
High attention to detail
Quality focused
