Pilates Instructors (Reformer and Mat) | Physio-Led Boutique Studio | Multiple Roles Available
Base Health Studio | Magill, SA
Multiple Positions Available
Join an established healthcare business expanding into a purpose-built studio environment.
Base Health Studio is a re-branded established physiotherapy business that has proudly supported Adelaide's eastern suburbs community for more than 12 years.
With the opening of our brand-new purpose-built studio facility in August, we are expanding our team and seeking multiple experienced instructors to help deliver exceptional movement, rehabilitation and fitness services.
We are looking for instructors who are confident teaching Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Stretch and Mobility classes, or a combination of these disciplines, and who are passionate about helping people move well, build strength and maintain long-term health.
Our studio model is unique, combining Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and group exercise services under one roof to create a seamless pathway from rehabilitation through to lifelong health, fitness and performance.
Base Health Studio is a trusted healthcare provider with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality physiotherapy and exercise services throughout Adelaide's eastern suburbs.
Our purpose-built facility has been designed to bring together Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and studio-based movement services in one collaborative environment, allowing clients to access the right level of support throughout every stage of their health journey.
We believe in practical, evidence-informed healthcare delivered in a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, confident and motivated to achieve their goals.
Multiple Positions Available to Help Shape Our Studio Offering
We are intentionally seeking multiple instructors with different strengths, interests and specialties rather than looking for one person to teach every style of class.
At Base Health Studio, we believe the best client outcomes occur when instructors are teaching the classes they are most passionate about and best qualified to deliver.
While versatility is valued, applicants are not expected to teach every class type. Whether your passion lies in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, rehabilitation-focused exercise, healthy ageing programs, strength and conditioning, mobility and recovery, or Yoga-based movement, we are interested in hearing from you.
As we build our timetable, we will work closely with successful applicants to tailor their class schedules around their individual strengths, interests and long-term career goals wherever possible.
Our aim is to match the right instructors to the right classes, ensuring clients receive the highest quality experience while allowing instructors to continue developing expertise in the areas they enjoy most.
We want our instructors to genuinely enjoy coming to work, feel connected to the studio and community, and have opportunities to grow within the areas they are most passionate about. Rather than asking instructors to fit into a predetermined model, we see this as an opportunity to build a team where individual strengths are recognised, valued and utilised.
By bringing together instructors with complementary skill sets and interests, we aim to create a diverse, high-quality timetable that delivers exceptional experiences for our clients while fostering a workplace culture where our team members feel supported, engaged and invested in the long-term success of the studio.
About the Role
You will deliver engaging, high-quality classes while working closely with our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to support clients at all stages of their health journey.
A key point of difference at Base Health Studio is our integrated healthcare model. Experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists consult on-site, creating opportunities for collaboration, shared learning and seamless client care. Many clients will transition from one-on-one rehabilitation into group exercise, making communication and teamwork an important part of the role.
This collaborative approach allows instructors to feel supported when working with clients who may be recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, returning to exercise, or progressing towards higher levels of strength and performance.
