Import and Logistics Specialist

Region: Riyadh

We are a leading home appliances company seeking an experienced Import and Logistics specialist to manage our international shipments and coordinate end-to-end sea freight operations.

*candidate must have experience in working with freight forwarders, custom brokers in past companies. If you do not have such experience, please do not send your CV.

*candidate must be fluent in English language.

*candidate must have MS office knowledge. (Advanced excel is must).

* Minimum 7-8 years of experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Get quotations from different freight forwarders. Candidate must have strong negotiating skills to get the best rates.

2. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

3. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.

4. Review and verify shipping documents, including: Bill of Lading etc.

5.Track containers and update report on shipment status.

6. Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams regarding inbound shipments.

7. Manage freight costs and maintain logistics records and reports.

8. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
