OLC Care group has been providing high quality residential care for over 20 years. The group has 5 facilities across the Sydney region.

We now have an exciting opportunity for experienced and passionate lifestyle team leader to join our vibrant team at Minto on permanent basis to lead the planning and implementation of diversified recreational and wellbeing programs for our residents under a new model of holistic service delivery.

Lifestyle Coordinator

Monday to Friday

Location: Minto NSW 2566

Training and Support

Automated care system and in house software to facilitate documentation

Supportive management team

Opportunity to develop and advance leadership skills

Opportunity to design, plan and lead the team to implement lifestyle and wellness programs

About you:

Warm and outgoing personality

Consumer service and engagement experience a must

Excellent communication skills including writing

Proven Recreational activity and diversional therapy knowledge and experience in aged care settings for more than 3 years

Memory support program experience

Demonstrated leadership skills via planning, monitoring and guiding the team

Familiar with MS Office such as Word, PPT, Publisher and AI tools

This role requires: police check for working in aged care
