Assistant Operations Manager to Food and Beverage (F and B)

Region: Dammam

We are looking for Assistant Operations Manager to Food and Beverage (F and B)

Nationality: Arabic Native Countries

Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia. Since Nature of hiring will be Local Transfer

Job Location: Jubail (Eastern Province)

Total Salary Range: 4.5 K to 6 K

Responsibilities: Managing and operating food projects, restaurants, central kitchens, or cloud kitchens

Establishing projects from the idea stage to actual operation

Participating in branch openings and preparing operational sites

Managing suppliers, procurement, and operational contracts

Building teams and supervising recruitment and operations

Preparing operational plans, following execution, and achieving targets

Managing operational budgets and monitoring costs

Ability to work in the field and move between locations and branches

Leadership experience in managing teams and multi-party projects
