I've partnered with a growing Sydney consultancy that is looking for a Project Manager to join their high performing team.

They're well established and have quietly built a reputation for delivering projects well into the hundreds of millions and compete with the big names in Sydney.

They have a strong social infrastructure pipeline including:

Schools and early learning centres

Universities

Hospitals, mental health units and medical facilities

Social housing, aged care and retirement living

The people are the core of the business. Culture has been consistent: people stay, people grow, and there's no dead weight tolerated on either side of that relationship.

As PM, you'll sit between two experienced Senior Project Managers and a Director who is hands-on and across the work.

You won't be lost in a layer of management. You'll run your own projects, manage client relationships directly, and have a say in how work gets delivered.

Growth isn't just available to seniors actively tailor development plans to get you to the next level and beyond.

To be considered:

5+ years of experience in the Australian market

A minimum of 3 of those years working for a project management consultancy

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or Engineering

Built environment experience only to IT and civil infrastructure won't be a fit here

End to end project lifecycle experience

Strong communicator who is client facing

Ideally some project exposure to social infrastructure

Flexible working on offer to one day WFH as standard.
