Electrical Team Leader (Industrial Electrical)

RCE Australia is seeking an Electrical Team Leader to support the continued growth of our Electrical Services Business Unit.

This is not simply a senior electrician role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into supervision, project coordination and people leadership while remaining actively involved in industrial electrical work.

Working closely with the Electrical Services Manager, you will help lead a team of electricians and apprentices across industrial projects, maintenance works and service activities throughout regional Victoria and New South Wales.

About the Role

You will:

Lead and support electricians and apprentices in the field.

Assist with project planning, coordination and delivery.

Support estimating, tendering and project administration activities.

Assist with safety systems, SWMS and compliance documentation.

Contribute to workforce planning and labour allocation.

Remain hands-on in industrial electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning activities.

Help build a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture.

About You

You are:

A qualified electrician with industrial experience.

A natural leader who enjoys developing people.

Organised, professional and safety focused.

Interested in project delivery and leadership development.

Looking to progress beyond purely trade-based responsibilities.

Experience with project management, estimating, Simpro or contract administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
