Valid Muqeem copy (Minimum 3 months validity )

Valid Passport copy (Minimum 6 months validity)

Blood Group Certificate

Insurance Certificate

Gosi Certificate

Fit to Work certificate

Chamber agreement.

Original passport must.

Payment mood: time sheet after 45 days.
