An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Officer to support a high-volume payroll function during a critical period. You'll assist with payroll processing, corrections, and remediation within a Dayforce environment.

Client Details

Our client is a large, complex organisation with a significant workforce and a fast-paced payroll function. They are currently undergoing a high-pressure period requiring immediate payroll support.

Description

Support fortnightly payroll processing for ~1,200 employees

Manage payroll corrections

Assist with payroll remediation and data accuracy

Operate within a Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system

Work within a rostered workforce environment

Collaborate with payroll team members to meet tight deadlines

Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures

Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee queries

Maintain accuracy in high-volume transactions

Support continuous payroll operations during peak workload periods

Profile

Proven experience in payroll within a high-volume environment

Dayforce (Ceridian) system experience (highly desirable)

Exposure to rostered workforce payrolls

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced contract role

Strong communication skills and team collaboration

Experience handling payroll corrections/remediation preferred

Reliable and available for immediate start

Police check (or willingness to obtain)
