Location: Medical Center Tower, Qatif Region, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team at Medical Center Tower in the Qatif region.

Position Requirements:

Nationality: Indian or Filipino

Gender: Female

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Valid nursing license (Saudi license preferred)

Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, including supervisory experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage nursing staff and ensure high standards of patient care

Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations

Monitor patient care quality and safety standards

Support and guide nursing staff

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

Prepare schedules, reports, and performance evaluations
