Joinery Installer to Site based role for a skilled cabinetmaker

Up to 45/hr + Super + Tool Allowance

We work across both residential and commercial sectors — think custom kitchens, architectural joinery, and large-scale fitouts for long-term clients. We keep things well organised, down to earth, and focused on quality.

Up to 45/hr + super, based on your skills and experience

Company vehicles, power tools, fasteners, and gear all supplied

Early knock-off Fridays (12:30pm) — standard workweek is 6:30am to 3:00pm Mon–Thurs

Help mentor apprentices and support the next generation

Start and finish at our Gwandalan factory (unless otherwise arranged)

Your role will include:

Installing custom cabinetry and timber joinery on-site

Reading and working from plans with minimal supervision

Using company vehicles and tools safely and efficiently

Communicating clearly with clients, site supervisors, and the team

Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and professional

Helping guide apprentices and junior team members

Following WHS and site safety procedures

What we need from you:

Trade-qualified cabinetmaker with site install experience

Punctual and ready to go at 6:30am daily

Your own hand tools, drills, and levels (we supply everything else)

Clear communicator and team player

Takes pride in their work and delivers clean installs

Willing to pitch in, solve problems, and represent the company professionally

KPIs you’ll be measured on:

95% of installs completed on time and to spec

Less than 2% callback rate on completed work

Timesheets and site notes submitted on time each week

Positive client and builder feedback on professionalism and workmanship
