Partner with and learn from a highly respected Team Leader

Duties: Conduct routine, ingoing, and open homes

Partner with the Team Leader on arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews

Prepare lease agreements, manage bonds, and drive seamless property onboarding

Proactively coordinate maintenance and liaise with local trades

Deliver an exceptional service to landlords and tenants

Skills and experience: Current Certificate of Registration (or working towards your Real Estate Licence)

Solid foundational knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and strata legislation

Polished communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Tech-savvy mindset with an organised, proactive approach to problem-solving

Customer-centric attitude with a positive, professional, and confident demeanour
