QAQC Supervisor

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Reports To: Plant Manager / COO

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Job Purpose: Own and enforce the company's new Quality Management System (QMS) end-to-end, acting as the company's sole quality authority and single point of accountability for all quality matters, with close coordination with Production on day-to-day output.

Key Responsibilities: Implement and enforce the new QMS across all departments, ensuring procedures are followed, not just documented.

Inspect incoming raw materials and finished FRP products against specification; authority to hold or reject non-conforming material.

Monitor in-process production and stop output when quality deviations are found.

Lead root-cause analysis and drive non-conformance (NCR) and corrective action (CAPA) to full closure.

Maintain all quality records, inspection logs, and documentation needed for audit and customer review.

Coordinate directly with Production to align quality holds, rework, and schedules — the primary working relationship for this role.

Act as the company's central point of contact and final authority on all quality matters.

Requirements: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.

3–5 years of QC/QA experience, ideally in composites or manufacturing, with exposure to implementing or enforcing a QMS.

Working knowledge of HSE practices (PPE, material handling, workplace safety exposure to Aramco vendor registration.

Experience in iso 9001: 2015 certification and its associated compliance and audit
