Powder Coating Factory Leading Hand

Etch Coatings is a leading industrial coatings business based in Wangara. Etch coatings is a registered applicator in powder coating and a preferred applicator in industrial coatings, that is part of Simmonds Group. We are looking for a factory floor supervisor, with experience in all aspects of powder coating or painting, to join our team.

This is a workshop-based position.

The successful candidate will have:

Ideally Experience in all aspects of Painting and or industrial coatings

Experience in Powder Coating preferred or willing to learn

Be motivated and reliable

Leadership skills and ability to lead a team with effective time management.

Attention to detail

Experience in process working within the factory

Forklift experience

Ability to work within a paint spec (not essential)

Experience in paint testing preferred or willing to learn

Sandblasting experience preferred but not essential

Long term position & willing to grow within the business

Duties will include:

Team Leadership & managing the team

Powder Coating

Job organization

Liaising with clients

Packing and loading paint line

Loading and unloading trucks

Other duties as required

Good rates and overtime available

Immediate start or willing to wait for the right candidate.

Willing to train in either paint or powder if candidate is not specialized in one or the other.
