Electrical Construction Supervisor: Major Project Pipeline | Profit Share Scheme | Perth Metrand Regional WA

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor lead well-established commercial and industrial construction projects located across Perth Metrand Regional Western Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for site safety, workforce management, subcontractor coordination and project delivery, including leading electrical trade’s personnel, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project schedules. You will take ownership of the safe and successful delivery of major electrical construction works.

About the Company and Specific Projects

The business is a highly respected electrical contractor delivering major commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

With multiple projects valued between 5M and 20M+, and a strong forward pipeline of work extending through December 2027 and beyond, the company is well positioned for continued success.

Current projects include:

Forestdale

5M Electrical Package

Greenfield construction project

Supervision of 12–15 electricians

Management of approximately 3 subcontract trade disciplines

6:30am t3:00pm working hours

Parklands / Mandurah

20M+ Electrical Package

HV, MV, LV and Communications Infrastructure

Large warehouse and industrial development

Extensive cable tray, ladder and sub main installation works

Supervision of 20+ electricians

Management of subcontractors and additional site personnel

7:00am t3:30pm working hours

Future Nedlands Project

Landmark 18-storey accommodation development

Tier One construction project

10M electrical package

Approximately 20 electrical personnel

Project delivery through December 2027

About You

You are an experienced electrical tradesperson takes pride in being hands-on with your work while maintaining a strong focus on performance, safety and teamwork. You thrive in dynamic construction environments and are committed delivering high-quality outcomes while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those around you.

You are a confident leader with experience managing electrical teams, coordinating subcontractors and driving productivity across complex construction projects.

You Will Bring:

Background within commercial, industrial, construction or infrastructure electrical projects

Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience

Hands-on supervisory experience within large-scale construction environments

Electrical trade qualification

White Card

Sound understanding of construction safety requirements

Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) highly regarded

Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
