About Your New Role

At Open Minds, we’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs on-site in Logan.  Offering casual opportunities, you'll work alongside a compassionate team, supporting clients in their homes, Supported Independent Living and the community, where every shift brings a new opportunity to whether you're assisting with daily tasks, supporting mental health challenges, or simply being a trusted companion.

About You

Experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges

Excel in complex support environments, including SIL, In Home, Clinical Settings, and Community Access

Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations

Can work across a rotating roster (including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts)

Requirements

A current Open Driver's Licence

Experience with disabilities and mental health support services
