We're seeking an experienced Release Manager to join a large-scale data migration and reporting transformation program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of data pipelines, datasets and Tableau reporting assets from development through to production, ensuring governance, quality and production readiness are maintained throughout the release lifecycle.

General Insurance industry exp MANDATORY

Sydney /Melbourne / Brisbane locations

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate deployments across multiple technical and business teams 

Manage release activities from Development through Pre-Production and Production 

Prepare deployment runbooks and release documentation 

Manage change requests and approval processes 

Coordinate production deployment scheduling 

Validate successful deployment outcomes (PVT) 

Support operational handover and production readiness activities 

Work closely with SMEs, project teams and operational stakeholders 

Required Skills

Proven Release Management experience within enterprise environments 

Experience delivering data migration or data platform programs 

Strong understanding of change and release governance 

Experience managing deployments across multiple environments 

Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB and ITSM processes 

Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills 

Insurance industry experience highly regarded 

Technical stack

Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS) 

Tableau 

ETL and deployment tooling 

SQL 

Python
