About the role
The Project Support Officer will play a key part in the development and implementation of the online booking system, through collating data for product specifications, supporting communications, and coordinating activities with the project team, including engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Liaise with the solution provider to support configuration, testing and issue resolution.
Engage with PWS staff to gather and clarify requirements, support stakeholder and staff presentations, prepare updates and facilitate training and onboarding.
Prepare and co-ordinate project documentation, including schedules, reports and risk registers.
Fixed-term, full-time position for 2 years.
Our ideal candidate
Experience in providing contemporary project management support (including scheduling, tracking, reporting).
Highly skilled in preparing reports, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
