We’re Hiring to Head Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our fine dining restaurant.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (knowledge of international cuisine is an advantage).

Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills.

Ability to create and update seasonal menus and signature dishes.

Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.

Expertise in food presentation, quality control, and maintaining fine dining standards.

Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
