What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

You'll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see to and that matters more than most people realise. This role is as much about people as it is paperwork.

At the front desk, you'll:

Welcome patients in a way that immediately puts them at ease

Keep appointments, recalls and patient flow running smoothly

Handle calls and enquiries with clarity and genuine care

Behind the scenes, you'll:

Keep patient records accurate and up to date

Process payments and assist with day-to-day admin

As part of the team, you'll:

Show up with the kind of energy that makes the day better for everyone

Bring initiative to this is a practice that actually listens

Be someone colleagues and patients are glad to see walk through the door

What We're Looking For

Warm, professional, and calm under pressure

Great communicator with solid organisational skills

Experience in dental or medical reception is a plus, not a prerequisite

Denta l4 Windows experience handy, but not essential

Unrestricted working rights in WA
