We are seeking an exceptional Sales and Operations Manager to lead our Sydney flagship boutique and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
This is not a traditional retail management role.
We are looking for a commercially minded leader who loves building relationships, driving sales, developing teams and delivering extraordinary experiences for high-value clients. You will work closely with Founder and Designer Karen Gee and act as the connection point between our clients, boutique team, production team and wider business.
The Role
This position is approximately:
50% Sales and Client Relationships
Private consultations and styling appointments
VIP client management
Corporate and executive client development
Client follow-up and relationship building
Repeat business and referrals

Managing and developing the boutique team
Driving accountability and performance
Rostering and daily leadership
Coaching and training

Inventory and stock management

Business reporting and administration
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Relationships
Drive boutique sales performance and consistently achieve revenue targets
Conduct styling consultations and wardrobe appointments
Build long-term relationships with VIP and high-value clients
Develop and grow a strong local client network
Recruit, convert and retain new clients
Manage client communications and appointment pipelines
Maintain detailed CRM records and client profiles
Generate repeat business through exceptional service and follow-up
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and wardrobe building
Work proactively to grow corporate and executive client relationships
Deliver a personalised luxury experience for every client interaction
Team Leadership
Lead, inspire and support the boutique team
Create a positive, high-performing sales culture
Manage team rosters and daily workflow
Set expectations and drive accountability against KPIs
Coach and develop team members to maximise performance
Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times
Support recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives
Operations and Business Support
Act as the primary liaison between the boutique and production teams
Coordinate client orders from consultation through to delivery
Work closely with logistics and production to ensure seamless client outcomes
Manage inventory, stock transfers and stock integrity
Oversee boutique presentation and operational excellence
Assist with collection launches, photoshoots and marketing activations
Coordinate client events, showcases and special appointments
Prepare sales reports and business performance updates
Share customer feedback, product insights and market observations with the wider team
Contribute ideas to increase boutique traffic, client engagement and sales opportunities
Travel to our Western Sydney production facility as required, typically once per week, to maintain close collaboration between boutique operations and production
About You
You are highly organised, commercially driven and genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships.
You understand that luxury is not simply about the product. It is about the experience, the trust and the long-term relationship.
You may come from luxury fashion, but we are equally interested in candidates from:

You will ideally have:
5+ years' experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing leadership roles
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and people management experience
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing VIP or high-value clients
Excellent organisational and operational capabilities
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
Experience using CRM and POS systems
The ability to work independently and take ownership
A positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
