We are seeking motivated and reliable RC Drilling offsiders to join our growing drilling team across exploration projects throughout Western Australia and Northern Territory.

About the Role

As an RC Drilling offsider, you will assist the Driller with the safe and efficient operation of Reverse Circulation drilling rigs while working in remote exploration camps.

Your Responsibilities

Assisting in the operation and maintenance of RC Drilling equipment

Handling drill rods, sample collection and presentation to a high standard

Conducting routine equipment checks and maintenance

Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

Following safety procedures and company policies

Supporting the Driller as required

What We're Looking for

Current Manual driver's license

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Physically fit and capable of manual labour in demanding conditions

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable Qualifications

Senior first aid certificate

Working at heights

4wd training

HR license/ road ranger

National police clearance
