As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Dental CAD/CAM Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Design dental restorations using CAD/CAM software, including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and implant restorations

Work primarily from digital scans, with limited use of conventional impressions

Ensure accuracy, fit, occlusion, and aesthetics of all digital designs

Prepare and manage design files for milling and 3D printing

Perform quality control checks of digital scans and make necessary adjustments

Collaborate with dentists and laboratory technicians to meet clinical requirements

Provide occasional support in the plaster room when required (note: the majority of work is digital)

Maintain digital records and follow established workflows

Adhere to laboratory protocols, safety standards, and turnaround times

Implant knowledge

Skills and Experience

Proven experience using dental CAD/CAM software (e.g. Exocad)

Sound knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles

Experience designing crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Good communication and time management skills

Desirable (Not Essential)

Qualification in Dental Technology or related field

Experience with milling machines and/or 3D printing systems

Familiarity with zirconia, lithium disilicate, and other restorative materials
