Accountant and Data Controller

Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)

Job Overview: A leading trading company is seeking a highly skilled Accountant and Data Controller. You will manage financial workflows, inventory tracking, and data systems across multiple group entities.

Key Responsibilities: Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize daily incoming and outgoing cash flows.

Bank Reconciliation: Track bank statements and verify incoming transfers for multiple trading companies.

ERP Data Entry: Input all financial transactions and logistics data accurately into our ERP software.

Excel Reporting: Maintain dedicated spreadsheets tracking balances, credit limits, and aging reports for each company.

Inventory Control: Check, verify, and update stock movements and inventory valuation within the software.

Data Controlling: Oversee data integrity, ensuring all financial, sales, and operational records are accurate.

Qualifications and Skills: Proven accounting experience, ideally within a Trading or Distribution environment.

Strong proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, financial modeling).

Ability to multi-task and manage separate accounts for multiple companies simultaneously.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
