Our Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, hands-on people professional to support the Manager PandC and lead the day to day operations of the PandC team in the newly created role of People, Culture and Safety Coordinator. In this role you will responsible for providing advice and support to line managers and coordinating recruitment and selection processes, performance management processes, WHS compliance and overseeing LandD program delivery.  You will work both with line managers and the PandC team to deliver effective strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and support organisational goals.

What you will bring:

Our ideal candidate will have:

Tertiary HR qualifications (or substantial experience in a similar role to at least 5 years)

Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver organisational objectives

Knowledge of current state and federal employment legislation and industrial instruments and an ability to interpret them

Ability and experience managing employee issues

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

A positive, proactive and continuous improvement mindset and

Ideally, previous experience in Local Government and Post Graduate qualifications

98,303 to 114,730 base salary per annum depending on experience and skills
