The Role

Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practice.

Coordinating maintenance, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for tenants.

Working closely with dedicated Leasing Agents and Inspections Managers to deliver seamless property management services.

Collaborating with our Business Development team to onboard new managements and ensure a smooth client experience.

Developing strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.

Leveraging innovative technology and systems to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.

You Must Have

A valid WA Property Management registration and driver's license

Minimum 3 years experience managing your own portfolio

Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

Great communication and organisation skills
