If you’re the Estimator who quietly saves projects (and margins) before they ever hit site, keep reading.

This is a seat for an Estimator who wants more than “churn out quotes and hope it lands”. You’ll own the numbers from first enquiry through to handover, across a mix of residential and commercial projects, in a WA?owned business that actually respects the work behind a “simple” estimate.

Think: fewer variations, fewer re?visits, and a lot more “glad we caught that early”.

A day in your (well?organised) life

Set and maintain quoting standards, templates, and customer experience touchpoints.

Ensure product knowledge and pricing lists are accurate and current.

Support admin and sales teams with technical/product knowledge.

Work with the Sales Manager to improve the efficiency of estimating schedules and weekly quoting routines.

Currently estimating in glazing and windows and want a role where accuracy is valued, not assumed.

Comfortable reading plans, specs and tender documentation to and confident enough to push back when something doesn’t add up.

Known for your attention to detail and clean documentation to your BOQs and quote packs look as good as they read.

Organised, methodical and able to juggle multiple quotes without letting deadlines or quality slip.

Confident with estimating or quoting software (and happy to learn their systems) and solid with Excel/Office.

The person who hates sending “revised quotes” because you prefer to get it right, first time.
