Do you meet these minimum requirements?

Live in or near Dubbo NSW

Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)

Have 12+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting

Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow and be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Permanent Part-Time Contract

Permanent Contract hours: 30-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.

Hourly Rate: 34.93 per hour + 12% super + 0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.

Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties and social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.

Most importantly: be a friendly face and brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role to this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
