The Position

Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied

Operate the till to take orders and process transactions

Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean

Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine

Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches and function support when required

Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations

Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.

Flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time.

The Person

An experienced barista (true coffee connoisseurs) who is comfortable producing high-quality coffees

General dishwashing

Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users

Excellent communication skills, social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation

The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings

Strong work ethic and reliability to happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team

Possesses hands on experience with POS systems

Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred

Barista Qualification advantageous

Has current working with children check or the ability to obtain
