About the role

All Star Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Conveyancing Assistant, with QLD, NSW and/or Victorian Conveyancing Experience to join our busy team in Redland Bay, Queensland. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive legal environment. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing for NSW, QLD and Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Answering Phones, Scanning Mail, Opening/Closing Files, Preparing and drafting initial and final letters.

Conducting property searches

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process

Assisting with the settlement process, including coordinating funds, keys, and other necessary arrangements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of parties

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using Smokeball software and technology to support the conveyancing process

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A genuine interest in the legal industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
