About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our manufacturing team in Gillman.
This is a permanent full-time assembly position where you will build industrial radiator products using hand and power tools, follow work instructions and work alongside an experienced production team.
If you have worked in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehousing, or another hands-on role and enjoy practical work, we would like to hear from you.
Previous radiator experience is not required—we will provide training.
What You Will Be Doing
Assemble industrial radiator products and components
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings
Check your work to ensure it meets quality standards
Work safely and keep your work area clean
Work with your team to meet daily production targets
Assist with general manufacturing duties as required
About You
You will be someone who:
Has experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
Is confident using hand and power tools
Takes pride in producing quality work
Has good attention to detail
Works well in a team
Has a reliable work history and strong attendance
Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
Experience in automotive assembly, appliance manufacturing, pump assembly, warehouse operations, or general factory work will be highly regarded.
