Full-time Permanent Position

Salary: 80,000 to 85,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role:

Established bagel deli and cafe seeks an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organise cafe operations and services

Monitor quality of food, drinks and service

Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing requirements

Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance

Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards

Develop and implement business strategies

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 2.5 years' experience in cafe management or a supervisory role

Must be able to make coffees to company standard and be confident handling grinders and espresso machines

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations

Customer service excellence

Ability to work full-time (38 hours per week)

Korean language skills highly regarded

Desirable:

Hospitality qualification (Certificate III/IV or Diploma)

Financial management experience
