Work across Aged Care and Acute Care
An exciting opportunity for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our compassionate and dynamic team at Naracoorte Hospital and Moreton Bay House on a casual basis. This is a great chance to work in a multi-faceted role across both acute and aged care, with the potential for increased autonomy and professional development over time.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct, person-centred care and individual case management to patients in a range of clinical areas. You will work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your role will include coordinating services with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible health outcomes for your patients.
This position offers variety, allowing you to expand your nursing skills across different areas, from acute care through to aged care. You’ll also have the opportunity to guide and mentor less experienced staff, including Enrolled Nurses and student nurses, sharing your expertise and ensuring high standards of nursing care are maintained.
