MULTIPLE FIFO MOBILE PLANT OPERATOR ROLES

Immediate Starts | Regional South Australia Projects. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused, and experienced Mobile Plant Operators for multiple urgent positions across key civil and mining projects in South Australia. Whether you specialise in heavy earthmoving or heavy transport, we have immediate openings with competitive rates and steady 14and7 rosters.

1. All-Round Plant Operators (Grader, Dozer, Excavator and Loader)

Roster: 14and7 to Day Shift Only

Pay Rate: 50.00 to 60.00 / hr (depending on experience)

Award: Mining Award to Level 3

Status: URGENT to Immediate Start Available

About the Role: Bulk earthworks and civil/mining production works. Must possess proven, extensive experience operating in a mining or heavy civil environment: Dedicated Grader Operator for civil infrastructure and road maintenance/construction along a highway corridor.

Proven experience in final trim, haul road maintenance, or civil road construction.

2. HC / Side Tipper and Watercart Operators

Roster: 14and7 to Day Shift Only

Pay Rate: 50.00 to 60.00 / hr (depending on experience)

Award: Building and Construction (BandC) Award Level

Status: URGENT to Immediate Start Available

About the Role: Seeking versatile operators or experienced heavy vehicle drivers for earthworks and haulage support.

Mandatory Requirements

Please ensure you meet the following baseline criteria before applying:

Valid Australian Driver's Licence (HC required for transport roles).

Relevant RII National Competencies / Statements of Attainment or verified site sign-offs.

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.

Current national police check
